Configure your DM100 machine
The DM range combines a hot chamber injection system, a toggle clamping mechanism and an electrical melting furnace. Staged control of mould opening and closing, low-pressure mould protection and a touch-screen PLC system support machine operation.
Match the equipment to your tooling
Provide the die dimensions, casting alloy and part requirements. Include the equipment you plan to retain, so the quotation can address machine interfaces, spraying, part removal and conveying.
Define the options in your quotation
The DM series offers servo drive as an optional configuration. Air ejection, a spraying system and conveying equipment can also be discussed. Fuel or natural gas furnace arrangements are available by project requirement.
