The DM series uses staged injection control, low-pressure mould protection and a touch-screen PLC control system. Electrical melting is the standard furnace configuration.

Melting system

Electrical melting furnace as standard. Fuel or natural gas furnace arrangements can be discussed for your project.

Optional equipment

Specify servo drive, air ejection, spraying and conveying requirements when requesting a quotation.

Tooling compatibility

Send the die dimensions, installation details and casting requirements so the proposed machine configuration addresses the actual tooling.
